Electricity Cost Calculator
Cost per month$38.25
Cost per day$1.28
Cost per year$465.38
kWh per day7.5

How it works

  1. kWh per day = watts × hours used ÷ 1,000.
  2. Cost = kWh × your rate per kWh (on your bill; the US average is about $0.17).
  3. Monthly = daily × 30, yearly = daily × 365.

Example: A 1,500 W space heater run 5 hours a day at $0.17/kWh costs $1.28 a day — about $38 a month.
